Janiccée Wretman
The broker in charge is me, Janiccée Wretman.
On September 7, 1994, I took my first real estate exam with the GIPE real estate association in Málaga. To date, I am still a member there but also a member of the European Association of Real Estate Professionals (CEPI).
Since May 2023, I also meet the requirements of the new law here in the Comunidad Valenciana (provinces of Alicante, Valencia and Castellon) which requires that anyone working in the brokerage profession must be on the public register created to offer transparency of the profession.
A registered broker must be able to show a registration number starting with RAICV and have a liability insurance/bank guarantee.
My registration number is RAICV 0468.
In addition to the above, I also have a Master Diploma in Derecho Inmobiliario (Real Estate Law).
I pride myself on my local knowledge, knowledge of the housing market and my commitment to helping you with your purchase and/or sale.
I have lived in the area since 1972 which is the year my parents moved to Dehesa de Campoamor and since then I have lived in the area.
The main areas I work in are Pilar and Torre de la Horadada, RioMar and Mil Palmeras. In addition to the homes that I offer for sale, I also work closely with other brokers to find the best solution for you as a customer so that you do not have to contact several different brokers in the area, I do the job in a smooth and professional manner.
When it comes to selling a property, the most important thing is to find the right buyer for your home. I have been familiar with the sales process in Spain for a long time and of course follow all changes in laws and local rules/regulations.
The sale is carefully prepared before the marketing of your property begins. The energy certificate must be in place before the property is advertised (by law). extensions should be legalized to know that no problems arise for the buyer at a later stage.
Then the fun can begin, taking pictures and advertising the property to customers in the active register and of course new interested parties.
For me, the end goal is not that everything should be fast, it is more important that everyone in the housing transaction is satisfied and everything is done correctly!
